Notes Café gradually became a place where like-minded people gather to preserve and share stories around coffee — from its origins and the people behind it to the simple moments of everyday life.

“Notes” refers not only to written notes, but also to the subtle notes of flavor and notes of emotion that can be discovered in every cup of coffee.

Our hope is to build a small community of people who share a love for coffee. Through articles, images, and small journeys of exploration, every piece of content at Notes Café is carefully selected and recorded with a spirit that is slow, authentic, and thoughtful.
